If you prefer not to use our site for entering requests, we can receive most any file format from your Main Frame or PC Network and convert it directly into our system files.

We are also interfaced with E.D.S. - Electronic Data Systems, M.I.S. – Millennium Information Systems, and P.M.S.C. - Policy Management Systems Corp. Several large Insurance Companies have turned to these data warehousing companies for ordering their inspections across the nation.

Each of our reports are available for viewing or downloading through our Web Site. These inspections can then be printed directly from this site on your local printers in your office. We also print an "ATTN" flag displayed on the heading of the report when any definable report criteria is met. Your underwriting department defines the critical questions. Homes over 60, poor roof conditions, poor premise conditions etc. . . . This "ATTN" flag will tell the underwriting department this report needs attention.

When we automated our inspections in 1992, all kinds of management tools became possible. We have written special programs for several statewide projects on large accounts using the details from inspections within management reports for underwriting departments. This provides underwriting departments the ability to produce almost any type of detailed management report or agency review needed. Your underwriting department can determine all criteria for the management reports.
